Where are you located and what towns do you serve?

We are located in Monee, Illinois and we serve the South Suburbs.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured to clean houses and offices?

Yes. Beauty and the Broom is bonded and insured with Western Surety Company, and licensed with the Village of Monee.

Are long-term contracts required?

No, we do not require long-term contracts. You can work with us as often as you like.  

Do you do random cleanings or do you only have weekly and bi weekly clients?
We do provide one-time cleaning service if you require it. 

Do you always come back at the same time so I know when you are coming, or is it random? 

All appointments are booked in advance so you know exactly when to expect us at your property.

Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores through the house?

We are flexible and can customize jobs based on your needs. Just let us know of any changes in your regular cleaning routine in advance and we will adjust accordingly.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies and tools.

Do you use environmentally free chemicals?

Yes, if you request it when booking your appointment.

What do I need to do to prepare for your visit?

Before each cleaning, we ask that you declutter rooms, and if you have pets, relocate them to a place where they will be comfortable while we are in your home.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, and payment by check or cash.


Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. If you are ever dissatisfied with our work, call us within 24 hours of service and we will redo the job at no cost to you or your money back. 

What are your business hours?

Regular business hours are 8AM to 4PM Saturdays and Sundays, and weekday evenings by appointment only.

If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working?
No. Beauty and the Broom is closed on major holidays. 

Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service do not incur a cancellation fee. A $25 fee will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours. You will be charged the full service amount for appointments not cancelled before we arrive to clean.

If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning?

Yes. We love referrals!
